Trio Family Tables

April 2022

DESG-3010, Nicholas Perrin

The Trio Table is based on the traditional sawhorse design, except with the new goal of being portable and practical for almost every environment. The design is one that relies on the table being able to be folded into a compact sheet for easy transport and storage. The tension line provides stability on all models and utilizes a turnbuckle for easy setup. Made from pine plywood.

This base design can be manipulated to fit any context. Simply by changing the height and width ratio, you are able to construct five different configurations of the Trio Table: the original work surface, dining table, sideboard, coffee table, and bedside table.
